In your first few weeks in this Registered Nurse role, you can expect to:

• Provide care in a 24/7 Acute Care environment
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to a multidisciplinary care team
• Collaborate as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs
• Evaluate learning needs of patients and families and provide patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.

To apply for this Med Surg Nurse role, you will need to be a graduate of an accredited Registered/Professional with state registration as a Registered Nurse (RN). You will also require the following:

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support or any relevant life support certification as determined at position level
