Job Description:

• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in various departments including Med/Surg Tele, ICU, and Emergency Department.
• Assess patient conditions, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to established protocols and procedures to maintain patient safety and uphold quality standards of care.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently in electronic medical records.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, staff meetings, and educational programs as required.
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing practices, trends, and advancements in healthcare.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in the respective specialty area preferred.
