Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time – Night Shift
Location: Ness County, Kansas
Schedule: 3x12s | 36 Hours Weekly | Night Shift
Compensation: Up to $47/hr (based on experience)
Setting: Rural Long-Term Care Facility
Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a trusted Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Ness County, Kansas. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses passionate about rural health and personalized patient care to make a lasting impact in a close-knit community.
Job Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment

Administer medications and monitor patient responses per facility protocol
-
Collaborate closely with physicians, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
-
Conduct comprehensive assessments and update care plans accordingly
-
Document patient status, progress, and any changes in condition accurately and timely
-
Educate patients and family members on ongoing treatment and wellness plans
-
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility policies
Qualifications
-
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas or Compact License
-
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred (LTC or Med-Surg experience a plus)

Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Compassionate and professional bedside manner
Education Requirements

Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
