Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
- Certifications Requirements: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent telemetry nursing experience
- Other Requirements: Current North Carolina nursing license, good standing with Nursys, reliable transportation, strong communication skills

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive telemetry nursing care to patients in a hospital setting, adhering to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms continuously, recognizing and responding promptly to abnormalities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update patient care plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management strategies.
