- Education Requirements: Valid RN license from an accredited nursing program
- Certifications Requirements: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred, PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) optional
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in hospital settings
- Other Requirements: Ability to float between LTC and Med/Surg units, excellent communication skills, adaptability to varying shifts
