Job Description:

• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents in a SNF/rehab setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document resident progress, vital signs, and changes in condition
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards of practice

Education + Certification Requirements:

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Idaho
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred for RNs)
• Prior experience in a SNF/rehab setting is a plus but not required
