Job Description: As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing high-quality care to patients in critical situations. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing patients' conditions and implementing appropriate nursing interventions.
• Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress.
• Responding effectively to medical emergencies.
• Educating patients and families on disease prevention and management.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency nursing required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick, critical decisions.
