Connected Health Care, a top-tier recruitment and staffing agency, is partnering with a respected hospital in St. Maries, ID—just 60 minutes from Coeur d’Alene—to hire a compassionate and experienced Emergency Room RN. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive rural hospital while still living near one of Idaho’s most desirable cities.

Position: Emergency Room RN (ER Nurse)
Job Location: St. Maries, ID – Just 1 Hour Southeast of Coeur d’Alene

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, triage, and manage emergency room patients of all ages and acuity levels

  • Administer medications, perform diagnostic testing, and provide life-saving interventions

  • Work collaboratively with physicians and the care team

  • Respond to trauma cases and critical incidents

  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety protocols

Education & Certifications:

  • Active RN license in Idaho or compact state

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

  • BLS and ACLS required on hire

  • PALS and TNCC preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)

  • Previous ER or ICU experience strongly preferred
