Job Description:

• Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Monitor patients' conditions, administer medications, and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Offer emotional support and education to patients and their families

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
