Travel Registered Nurse – MS/Tele – 12-Hour Evening Shifts – Neenah, Wisconsin

Connected Health Care is partnering with a well-established healthcare facility in Neenah, Wisconsin to find a Travel Registered Nurse – MS/Tele for 12-hour evening shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nurses to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic, high-acuity setting.

Job Description:

• Provide direct patient care to individuals on the Medical-Surgical and Telemetry floors.
• Monitor patient vitals, telemetry readings, and lab results to assess condition and progress.
• Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient interactions, assessments, and progress in the EMR (Electronic Medical Record).
• Respond to changes in patient conditions and act quickly to provide appropriate interventions.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, health promotion, and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards to maintain patient and staff safety.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Active RN License required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.
• Telemetry experience and certification preferred.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience.
• Proficiency in managing patients requiring continuous monitoring and care.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.
