Travel MS/Tele RN – 12-Hour Night Shifts – Antigo, Wisconsin

Connected Health Care is partnering with a well-established healthcare facility in Antigo, Wisconsin to find a Travel MS/Tele RN for 12-hour night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nurses to work in a supportive environment while providing compassionate care to patients in need of both critical and general care.

Job Description:

• Provide direct patient care to individuals on the Medical-Surgical and Telemetry floors, monitoring vital signs, telemetry readings, and lab results.
• Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as prescribed while ensuring patient safety.
• Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and intervene as needed to stabilize and improve patient health.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient interactions, assessments, interventions, and progress in the EMR (Electronic Medical Record).
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health management, and discharge instructions.
• Ensure a safe and sterile environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Active RN License required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.
• Experience with Telemetry and Telemetry certification preferred.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience.
• Proficiency in managing patients with various conditions requiring continuous monitoring.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills with the ability to think critically in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
