As a Registered Nurse (NICU) with our client in Pittsfield, you'll have the chance to make a difference in the lives of the tiniest patients and their families.
Your primary responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional care to premature and critically ill newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
• Monitoring vital signs and administering medications as needed.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality care.
• Offering support and education to parents during their infants' hospital stay.
• Adhering to best practices in neonatal nursing to optimize patient outcomes.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN/ASN) from an accredited institution.
• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (NICU) certification preferred, but not required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and dedicated to the well-being of newborns and their families.
