- Education Requirements: Valid RN diploma or higher from an accredited institution
- Certifications Requirements: Current RN license in Minnesota, BLS certification, ACLS certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in acute care, hospital, or long-term care settings
- Other Requirements: Ability to work flexible shifts, strong communication skills, ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
