$55/hr | 13-Week Contract | 3x12s | Long-Term Care (LTC)

Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse RN for a Long-Term Care facility in Port Angeles, WA. This is a great opportunity for an RN with leadership experience looking to step into a key Weekend Charge role supporting staff, residents, and clinical excellence.

Position Summary

  • Role: Travel Registered Nurse – Charge Nurse (LTC)

  • Location: Port Angeles, WA

  • Pay: $55/hr

  • Shift: Weekend Assignment (3x12s)

  • Schedule: Friday–Sunday OR Saturday–Monday (flex available)

  • Contract: 13-weeks | 36 hrs/week guaranteed

  • Setting: Skilled Nursing / LTC

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support nursing staff during weekend shifts

  • Oversee resident care & clinical operations

  • Medication administration & treatment execution

  • Admissions, assessments, documentation, and care planning

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and quality care delivery

  • Serve as point-of-contact for staff, residents, and families

Qualifications

  • Active RN license (WA or compact eligible)

  • Charge Nurse or supervisory experience preferred

  • LTC/SNF experience strongly preferred

  • BLS required

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
