Job Description:

• Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg unit.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery strategies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing medical equipment and technology effectively.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• 2 years of experience in a Med/Surg or similar clinical setting preferred. (New grads can apply)
