As a Registered General Nurse in the ER, you will provide care in a 24-7 Acute Care environment. This includes planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.

If you were already working here as an ER RN, here are some duties you might have taken on this week:

• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to a multidisciplinary care team
• Collaborate as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs
• Evaluate the learning needs of the patient and/or family and provide patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances
• Effectively delegate patient care to ancillary personnel

We are seeking an ER RN with state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and proof of graduation from an accredited school of Nursing. You will also need:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Preferred
• Any relevant life support certification as determined at the position level
