Job Description:

• Provide specialized care to patients undergoing rehabilitation for various medical conditions, including physical injuries, surgeries, and chronic illnesses.
• Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and monitor progress throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Administer medications, perform therapeutic interventions, and assist with physical therapy exercises.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care, treatments, and progress.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and self-care techniques.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and rehabilitation best practices.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current RN license in Kansas.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Previous experience in inpatient rehabilitation or related clinical settings is highly desirable.
