Job Description:

• Manage and oversee the Float Pool nursing staff.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• RN License in the state of Nevada
• 3+ years of float pool experience
• Leadership experience required; supervisor experience accepted
