Job Description: Connected Health Care is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our client's healthcare team as a Contract RN Med Surg/Float in Pittsfield, MA. As an essential member of the medical-surgical unit, you will provide compassionate and comprehensive patient care while adapting to various clinical settings within the facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population in both medical surgical and float settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, report changes, and provide timely interventions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• BSN degree or equivalent
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
