Registered Nurse (OB) – Up to $2,600/week near Pine Bluff, AR
Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (OB) and make a meaningful impact in a vibrant rural setting. With a 36-hour workweek from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., you’ll enjoy a balanced schedule that allows you to focus on providing exceptional patient care while maintaining your personal and professional growth.
What You’ll Do:
As a pivotal member of our OB department, you will provide high-quality labor, delivery, and postpartum care, ensuring the safety and comfort of mothers and their babies. Your skills and compassion will help foster positive outcomes in a close-knit community setting.
Required Skills:
- AR State or Compact Nursing License
- BLS & PALS Certifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of OB/L&D experience
- Strong clinical skills in labor and delivery scenarios
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in rural healthcare facilities
- Additional certifications in obstetrics
- Ability to adapt to flexible schedules or additional specialties
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Valid Arkansas or Compact Nursing License
- At least one year of recent OB/L&D nursing experience
- Strong foundation in maternal and newborn care
Other Requirements:
- No on-call or callback required
- Ability to work in a rural setting; housing options available nearby (not provided)
- Reliable transportation and adaptability to the facility’s schedules
