Job Description
Position: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Location: Montrose, CO – Commutable from Grand Junction (approx. 1 hr 15 min)

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to a diverse patient population, including ICU and NICU
- Administer diagnostic and therapeutic procedures: EKGs, ABGs, spirometry, oximetry, and more
- Support emergency code responses and airway management
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals
- Participate in ongoing development, training, and team meetings
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Graduate of an AMA-accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Certified Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the NBRC
- BLS and ACLS required upon hire
- PALS and NRP required within 9 months of hire
Qualifications & Experience:
- Demonstrated knowledge of intensive care and neonatal respiratory support
- Proficient in EKG, ABG analysis, oximetry, and spirometry
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
