Full-Time Respiratory Therapist (RT)
Location: Glasgow, Montana

Job Description:

Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients with breathing and respiratory conditions

Perform diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas analysis
-
Collaborate with physicians to create individualized treatment plans for patients
-
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
-
Educate patients and families on managing respiratory conditions and using equipment effectively
-
Provide emergency care, including CPR and other life-saving techniques when necessary
-
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations
-
Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain respiratory equipment to ensure patient safety and comfort
Education and Certification Requirements:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program
-
Current Respiratory Therapist (RT) licensure in Montana
-
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
-
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
-
Experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with patients and healthcare teams
