Job Description

Full-Time Respiratory Therapist (RT)
Location: Glasgow, Montana

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a trusted healthcare facility in Glasgow, Montana, to find a Full-Time Respiratory Therapist (RT). Job Description:

  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients with breathing and respiratory conditions

  • Perform diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas analysis

  • Collaborate with physicians to create individualized treatment plans for patients

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

  • Educate patients and families on managing respiratory conditions and using equipment effectively

  • Provide emergency care, including CPR and other life-saving techniques when necessary

  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations

  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain respiratory equipment to ensure patient safety and comfort

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program

  • Current Respiratory Therapist (RT) licensure in Montana

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred

  • Experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with patients and healthcare teams
