- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
- Certifications Requirements: State licensure as a Physical Therapist, CPR certification, and COVID/Flu vaccination proof
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience, experience with general outpatient ortho preferred, prior outpatient clinical experience
- Other Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently, flexibility to float between clinics, basic computer skills for EMR systems, ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to general ortho patients, including assessment, treatment planning, and execution of therapy protocols.
- Collaborate with clinic staff and physicians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment activities in the EMR system.
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies, safety protocols, and licensing requirements.
- Adapt to different clinic environments and float to other clinics as needed to support patient care and clinic operations.
