Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Certifications Requirements: Valid CO State PT License; BLS certification; CPR certification
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience; prior travel therapy experience preferred; experience working with diverse patient populations
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours; strong interpersonal and communication skills; adequate physical stamina to perform therapy duties

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and seamless therapy services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in compliance with facility and state regulations.
  • Execute and adapt therapy interventions based on patient response and evolving clinical best practices.
  • Assist in orienting and mentoring new staff or students, promoting clinical excellence within the team.
