Travel Physical Therapist – Clarksville, Tennessee
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,130 Weekly (Based on Experience)
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an exciting 13-week assignment in Clarksville, Tennessee. This is a great opportunity for a motivated therapist to make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable travel experience in one of Tennessee’s most charming and vibrant cities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or injuries
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize evidence-based practices to help patients improve mobility, balance, and functional independence
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment that promotes patient-centered care
Education & Certification Requirements:
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Tennessee Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred
• New graduates and first-time travelers encouraged to apply
