This opportunity is perfect for a motivated PT who is passionate about patient care and ready to explore one of the fastest-growing and most charming cities in the South.
Job Description:
As a Travel Physical Therapist, you’ll provide high-quality rehabilitative care that helps patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. You’ll collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team to create and implement customized treatment plans designed to improve each patient’s quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients’ conditions and design personalized treatment plans
- Administer physical therapy treatments to improve mobility, function, and pain management
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout therapy sessions
- Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and preventive care
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare facility policies and state regulations
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Tennessee Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility for licensure
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Previous clinical or travel experience preferred, but not required
