13-Week Contract | Up to $2,130 Weekly (Based on Experience)
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a motivated Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an exciting 13-week contract opportunity with one of our trusted healthcare partners in Conyers, Georgia. Position Overview:
As a Travel Physical Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients improve mobility, restore function, and enhance their overall quality of life. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement personalized treatment plans for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.
Assignment Details:
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Compensation: Up to $2,130 weekly (based on experience)
• Setting: Outpatient (experience preferred)
• New Grads Accepted: Yes
• First-Time Travelers Accepted: Yes
Job Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and assess patients’ functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy treatments and interventions to improve mobility and strength
• Document all patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records
• Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, and long-term wellness strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all facility, state, and federal regulations
Education & Certification Requirements:
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Georgia Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current BLS Certification
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required
• New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply
