- Certifications Requirements: Valid state PT license, BLS certification, and CPR certification
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 8-5 shifts, strong communication skills, ability to adapt to clinic protocols, reliable transportation, and professional demeanor
