Full-Time Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Early Childhood Intervention)
Location: Devils Lake, ND

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Early Childhood Intervention program in Devils Lake, North Dakota. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated Physical Therapist who wants to make a real difference in children’s lives while working in a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment.
Job Description:
- Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments for infants and young children with developmental delays or disabilities
- Develop individualized care plans to promote mobility, strength, coordination, and independence
- Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, speech therapists, educators, and families
- Educate parents and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and community outreach programs
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current and active Physical Therapy license in the state of North Dakota (or eligibility to obtain)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience with pediatric or early childhood populations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
