Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Outpatient (Early Childhood Intervention)
Location: Devils Lake, ND

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an Outpatient Early Childhood Intervention program in Devils Lake, North Dakota. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate SLP who is passionate about working with children and helping them reach their full communication potential.
Job Description:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in infants and young children
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s unique needs
- Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, educators, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Educate and support parents and caregivers with strategies to promote communication development at home
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal standards
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and early intervention program planning
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and active Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of North Dakota (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience working with pediatric or early childhood populations preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
