Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Elkton, VA
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,130 Weekly (Based on Experience)

Job Description
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore function.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises and home care techniques.
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes in compliance with facility and state requirements.
- Promote rehabilitation excellence through evidence-based practices and compassionate care.
Education & Certification Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Virginia Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain before start date).
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Prior experience in hospital, outpatient, or skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
