Travel Physical Therapist
Location: Georgetown, Kentucky
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Compensation: Up to $2,130/week (based on experience)
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an exciting contract opportunity in Georgetown, KY. Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to restore mobility and function
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and rehabilitation practices
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare staff
- Document and report patient progress in accordance with facility standards
- Adapt and modify therapy plans to achieve desired clinical outcomes
Education and Certification Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Kentucky (or eligibility)
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
