Job Description

Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Critical Access Hospital
Location: Linton, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift | 5x8s or 4x10s | 40 Hours/Week
Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist for a critical access hospital partner in Linton, IN. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a tight-knit community while gaining diverse experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Position Overview:

  • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery

  • Provide rehabilitative services to improve patient mobility, strength, and independence

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Option of 5x8s or 4x10s

  • 40 hours guaranteed

Qualifications:

  • Active Indiana Physical Therapist (PT) license (or eligible)

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)

  • BLS certification required

  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred

  • Previous inpatient/outpatient hospital experience a plus
