Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – West Lafayette, IN
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,400/week (based on experience)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week local travel assignment in West Lafayette, Indiana. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare facility while exploring one of Indiana’s most vibrant college towns. If you're passionate about patient care and looking for a short-term contract with competitive pay, this position is for you!
Job Responsibilities:

Assess and treat patients with a variety of physical disorders and injuries

Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring mobility and function
-
Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training
-
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery strategies
-
Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, physicians, and nurses to deliver coordinated care
-
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system
Required Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist preferred

Previous rehab or SNF experience is a plus

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Certifications & Licensure:

Active Indiana Physical Therapist License

AHA BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
Education Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited DPT or MPT program (Doctor or Master of Physical Therapy)
