Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Master’s degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Certifications Requirements: BLS certification, State licensure, CPR certification
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of pediatric physical therapy experience, experience treating developmental delays and orthopedic conditions preferred, experience assessing equipment needs for pediatrics and adults
- Other Requirements: Ability to float between facilities (Cleveland and Kings Mountain), good communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric physical therapy services to patients with developmental delays, orthopedic conditions, and equipment needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify therapy plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and implement individualized treatment programs.
- Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately in EPIC EMR system.
- Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing education related to facility protocols and pediatric therapy techniques.
