Job Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic patients in a hospital setting, assessing and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and recovery outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Educate patients and their families on injury management, prevention, and home exercises to promote long-term health.
  • Adhere to facility policies, safety procedures, and licensing requirements to ensure compliance and high-quality care delivery.
