Travel Physical Therapist – Manchester, Tennessee
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,130 (based on experience)
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist to join one of our trusted healthcare partners in Manchester, Tennessee. This exciting opportunity is perfect for both experienced therapists and recent graduates looking to gain valuable clinical experience in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, assess, and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and overall physical function
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to optimize recovery
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation team members to ensure quality care
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and efficiently in the facility’s EMR system
• Maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standards for physical therapy practice
Education and Certification Requirements:
• Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• License: Active Tennessee Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Certifications: Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
Experience and Skills Required:
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required
• New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
