Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an exciting opportunity in Mint Hill, North Carolina. This 13-week contract is perfect for a dedicated PT professional looking to make a positive impact while enjoying all the charm and amenities this vibrant town has to offer.
Job Responsibilities:

Conduct physical therapy assessments and create individualized treatment plans

Deliver therapeutic interventions to promote mobility and reduce pain

Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatments as necessary

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Provide education to patients and families regarding exercises and recovery plans
Education & Certification Requirements:

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Active North Carolina Physical Therapist License (or eligible)

Current CPR/BLS certification

Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
