Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Western Montana (Butte area) – Day Shift

Position Overview:

  • Title: Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

  • Location: Near Butte, MT

  • Schedule: 5x8s – Block Schedule

  • Shift: Day Shift

  • Start Date: Mid-July 2025

  • Assignment Type: Travel Contract

Job Description:

  • Assist Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans

  • Deliver high-quality therapy services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery

  • Monitor patient progress and report observations to supervising therapist

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety at all times

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes in a skilled nursing environment

Qualifications:

  • Active PTA license in the state of Montana or eligibility to obtain

  • Minimum of 2 years of prior PTA experience, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting

  • Current BLS certification

  • Excellent communication and clinical skills

  • Strong attention to detail and patient-centered mindset
