- Certifications Requirements: Valid State PT License, BLS certification, Ebola & Flu Vaccination
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience, recent clinical practice, or new grads with clinical internship rotations
- Other Requirements: Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, basic computer proficiency, flexibility to float between clinics, and a professional demeanor
