- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Certifications Requirements: State Physical Therapy license, BLS certification, CPR certification
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
- Other Requirements: Ability to work days from 8 am to 5 pm, strong communication skills, flexibility to float to other clinics if needed
