Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Port Matilda, PA
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,130 (based on experience)

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated Local Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract opportunity with one of our trusted healthcare partners in Port Matilda, Pennsylvania. This position offers the perfect balance of professional growth, local travel flexibility, and a supportive care environment.

Job Description

  • Perform evaluations and develop customized treatment plans for patients with mobility challenges or physical impairments

  • Deliver hands-on physical therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training

  • Track patient progress and modify care plans based on individual outcomes

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary rehab teams to optimize patient care

  • Educate patients and caregivers on home therapy and post-discharge recovery strategies

  • Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license

  • Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)

  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical PT experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
