Position Overview:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Join a supportive interdisciplinary team that values innovation, collaboration, and compassionate care.
Job Responsibilities:

Perform assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages

Deliver therapy services for a variety of communication and swallowing disorders

Collaborate with physicians, rehab specialists, and caregivers to maximize patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on exercises and home programs to support continued progress

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care planning

Stay informed on current best practices and emerging therapies in the field
Qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

Licensure & Certifications:
-
Active South Dakota SLP license or eligibility to obtain
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA – required
-
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – required
Experience:
1+ year of clinical experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical rotations will be considered)
Excellent communication, organization, and patient care skills
