Physical Therapist (PT) – 15-Week Contract
Location:Â GeorgiaÂ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5x8s | 40 Hours/Week | Rare Weekend Coverage
Start Date: Late September
Pay Rate: $75/hour

Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a dynamic therapy team at a hospital equipped with a surgery center. This is a 15-week contract opportunity offering consistent hours and a collaborative work environment.
Position Overview:

Primarily outpatient therapy within a hospital setting

Occasional inpatient rehab, primarily treating post-operative patients (e.g., total joints and orthopedic surgeries)
-
Low likelihood of weekend shifts, but flexibility is appreciated if ever needed
-
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team in a modern facility focused on high-quality patient care
Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist license in GAÂ
-
4+ year of relevant experience preferred;Â
-
Comfortable working with both inpatient post-op and outpatient orthopedic patients

Strong communication and organizational skills
