Location: Socorro, NM
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,700 (Based on Experience)

Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Local Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week contract in Socorro, NM. Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercises
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with facility policies
- Utilize assistive technology and alternative communication methods when necessary
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- License: Active New Mexico Speech-Language Pathology License (Must be submitted with application)
- Certifications: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Experience: Minimum 1+ year of SLP experience (Travel experience preferred)
- EMR Experience: Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is a plus
