Local Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Near Sturgis, SD
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,800/Week (DOE)

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a local travel opportunity near Sturgis, South Dakota. This 13-week contract offers an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to make a meaningful impact while exploring the beautiful Black Hills region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care

  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation

  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

  • Utilize a variety of techniques and therapy tools to promote patient progress

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Current SLP license in the state of South Dakota (or eligible)

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

  • CPR/BLS certification required

  • Clinical experience in a healthcare or rehab setting preferred
