Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - Trinity, TX
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,400/Week (DOE)

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a Local Travel Physical Therapist for a reputable healthcare facility in Trinity, Texas. Job Description:

  • Evaluate patients to determine functional limitations and appropriate treatment plans

  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy programs

  • Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other therapists for holistic care

  • Educate patients and families on home exercises and therapy goals

  • Provide care to patients with a wide range of conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical needs

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of care

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)

  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)

  • BLS certification required

  • Previous clinical experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical rotations are welcome to apply

  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
