- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Certifications Requirements: State PT License, Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR certification
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience; previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; experience with pediatric or geriatric populations is a plus
- Other Requirements: Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently; proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems; comfortable with floating to multiple clinics; strong organizational skills

- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including orthopedics, pediatrics, and geriatrics
