Job Description:

Provide physical therapy services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Conduct assessments to evaluate patient progress and modify treatments accordingly

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to aid recovery

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all facility protocols and regulations
Education & Certification Requirements:

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Doctorate or Master’s preferred)

Current MN state license (or ability to obtain before start date)

CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)

Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred, but strong new grads are welcome to apply
