Position Overview Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to take on the role of Residential Care Director for a highly regarded long-term care facility in Port Townsend, WA. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the residential care team, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Licensure: Active and unencumbered RN license (Washington State or Compact).

• CPR and First Aid certifications required.

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a long-term care setting, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
